摘　　要：目的探讨MICA*008基因在白血病与尿毒症患者中的分布。方法应用PCR/SSP的方法检测白血病患者66例,尿毒症患者91例和无血缘关系健康人81例的MICA*008基因。结果白血病患者、尿毒症患者和正常健康人的MICA*008基因频率分别为22.2%,18.8%和34.3%。前两者的基因频率无差异(P>0.05),但均低于后者(P<0.05)。结论白血病和尿毒症患者的MICA*008基因频率均低于正常健康人,但两者之间无差异。Objective To investigate the MICA^＊ 008 allele in patients with leucocythemia and uremia. Methods MICA^＊ 008 allele were analyzed in 66 leucocythemia patients and 91 uremia patients and 81 randomly selected unrelated normal controls in Hunan Province. Results The MICA^＊ 008 allele frequency in patients with leucocythemia, uremia as well as normal controls are 22.2%, 18.8 % and 34.3 %, respectively. Conclusion The frequency of MICA^＊ 008 allele in patients with that of leucocythemia and uremia is lower than that of normal subjects, but there is no difference between the two groups of patients.
