摘  要:水库汛限水位动态控制,适应了当今经济发展对水库的防洪安全与供水保障所提出的更高要求,是缓解水库防洪与兴利之间矛盾的有效措施之一。回顾了水库汛限水位动态控制新理念的提出,系统评述了汛限水位动态控制方法的研究现状,介绍了各种控制方法的要点及适用条件,并对尚需深入研究的关键性理论方法进行了展望。The dynamic control of reservoir normal level in flood season is one of effective measures to alleviate the conflict between reservoir flood control and water supply. First, this paper gives review on the new idea presentation of dynamic control of reservoir normal level in flood season. Then,its research history and current situation of dynamic control of reservoir normal level in flood season are summarized. Next,a number of dynamic control methods and their restrictions are introduced. At last,some key problems to be solved are discussed for further development of the dynamic control of reservoir normal level in flood season.
