开封市水资源开发利用现状及节水潜力分析

摘　　要：在广泛深入调查的基础上,对开封市水资源开发利用现状进行了系统研究,详细论述了开封市的水资源概况和开发利用现状,揭示了开封市地表水资源、地下水资源的补给和分布规律以及水质状况,总结了水资源开发利用方面存在的一些主要问题,分析了节水潜力,并就解决水资源供需矛盾提出了切实可行的对策措施。Based on the comprehensive survey, the thesis mainly studied the present utilization of water resource of Kaifeng systematically, elaborated the general situation and present exploitation of water resource, surface and ground water of the dty, summarized the problems we met in exploiting and utilizing water resource,analyzed the potential of water saving and represented practical measurements to solve the conflict between supply and demand.
