摘 要:测定了不同采叶时间、采叶量及采叶次数采收的元宝枫叶内绿原酸的含量,结果表明:4~11月,绿原酸含量以6月含量最高,达4.13%;6月和8月单次采叶,绿原酸含量随采叶强度加大而升高,但两次连续采叶以低强度采叶为佳;立地条件好、中等与差3种条件下种植的元宝枫,叶内绿原酸含量以立地条件中等树势一般的为高,达3.60%~4.93%;立地条件较好树势较强的约50%叶内绿原酸含量低于3.00%;立地条件较差树势较弱的,绿原酸含量均低于3.00%;元宝枫叶适宜的采摘时间为7~8月.The results from determining cholorogenic acid contents in leaves from different picking times, leaf quantity and frequency in Acertruncatum. showed that the eholorogenie acid content of leaves picked in June was up to 4. 13%, the content of cholorogenic acid of leaves picked in June and August raised with increase of picking intensity, the cholorogenic acid content of leaves from the normal tree vigor on moderate soil was 3. 60% - 4. 93 %, the cholorogenic acid contents of 50 leaves from the better tree vigor on the good soil was 〈3.00 and the cholorogenic acid content of leaves from the poor tree vigor on the poor soil was 〈3.00 also. The best picking time was in July and August.
