摘　　要：介绍了ADL5317的引脚功能、内部结构和工作原理。针对APD偏置电压需要精确控制的要求,给出了一种具有高精度、宽动态范围的APD偏压控制/光功率监测功能的核心电路。The pin function,construction and operation principle of ADL5317 are introduced. To the requirement of accurately controlling APD bias voltage,the APD bias control/optical power monitor circuit with high precision and wide dynamic range is given.
