不同配方复合润肤生凝胶促进大鼠创面愈合的实验研究

摘　　要：目的了解不同配方复合润肤生凝胶在大鼠创伤修复中的作用。方法将SD大鼠30只,在脊柱两侧各1．5cm处环形全层切除皮肤,形成直径1．8cm的圆形皮肤缺损创面4个,共120个创面,双盲随机采取配方Ⅰ、2、3、对照组(以生理盐水外用)4种处理方式,分别于伤后1天、2天、3天、5天、7天、10天、12天等时间点观测平均愈合时间、创面面积、肉芽组织和上皮组织的增生情况、组织学切片等;选取较优配方凝胶后,将SD大鼠30只,用同样方法随机采取该配方和对照组(以生理盐水外用) 2种处理方式,分别观测上述指标。结果各配方均能促进创面愈合,以配方Ⅱ较显著有统计学意义。结论适当比例配方活性玻璃复合透明质酸能促进创面愈合。Objective TO study the effect of the gel named Runfusheng in the couse of promoting wound healing in rats. Method Thirty SD rats including 120 wounds of 4 groups （30 cases） received diffent formulation. The count group （30 cases） Received sodium chloride. The average healing time, wound tissue, histologic examinations were received for analysesed. The same content were analysesed between the diffent Methods of better effect of gel and the control group. Result Each formulation has the effect of Promoting woundhealing in rats, the formulation Ⅱ shows better effect thanothers. Conclusion The appropriate proportion mixed bioactiveglass and hyaluronic acid can promote the wound healing inrats.
