摘　　要：针对回转窑煅烧装置除尘系统的现状,结合煅后焦粉尘的特性,充分利用原有场地设备提出了干-湿混合法除尘的改造方法。采用旁路旋风分离设备和旋流雾化水膜除尘技术,达到了有效地回收碳黑粉尘和高效除尘的目的。With respect to the current situation of the dust removal system in rotary hearth calciner and the properties of calcined coke power, the method of dust removal by using dry-wet combination was proposed to make full use of original field and equipment. The objectives to effectively retrieve coke powder and to efficiently remove dust have been reached in using bypass cyclone separation equipment and circumgyrating pulverization technique.
