摘　　要：从衬钛反应塔的结构出发,对基板和衬里两个方面影响设备安全的可靠性进行了初步的探讨,并据此对类似容器评定提出基体强度层影响作为参考,关键以衬里完好性能作为判据来设定设备安全等级。With respect to the structure of titanium lined reaction column, the two aspects of influencing the reliability of the safety of equipment - base plate and lining - were discussed briefly. Based on the discussion, it is proposed that the strength of base plate is only the reference, but the perfection of lining is the key to determine the safety category of the equipment.
