摘　　要：对某希罗氧化反应塔不锈钢气相管开裂部位现场取样,通过化学成份、力学性能、金相、断口分析等检验检测手段进行综合分析,结果表明裂纹成因是硫化物引起的应力腐蚀开裂。With the sample obtained from the crack in stainless steel gas pipe in oxygenation column, the comprehensive analysis, including metallurgical analysis and fracture section analysis, were carried out. The result has showed that the cause of the crack was stress corrosion induced by sulphuret.
