电按摩治疗视神经萎缩110例临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨视神经萎缩电按摩治疗的疗效及其并发症的原因、后果及防治原则。方法对行电按摩治疗的110例(192只眼)视神经萎缩患者的疗效及并发症的病例资料进行回顾性总结分析。结果110例192只眼总有效率为82.3%,其中视神经炎性视神经萎缩的有效率为98.04%。8种并发症除1例眼痛3个月完全恢复外,其他均在4h～10天内恢复。结论电按摩治疗视神经萎缩疗效显著,并发症可防可治。Objective This article will discuss the curative effects of electro - massage for optic atrophy, The causes and the consequences of complications as well as principles of prevention and cure. Methods A retrospective analysis of the case history data of the effect and complications of electro - massage for optic atrophy, based on 110 cases （ 192 eyes）. Results Of the 110 cases （ 192 eyes） , 82.3% experienced positive effects as a result of the therapy, among which the effective rate of optic atrophy caused by optic neuritis was 98.04%. 7 out of 8 kinds of complication showed some degree of recovery between 4 hours and 10 days after the therapy, whilst one complication fully recovered within 3 months. Conclusions The effect of electro - massage for optic atrophy is significant, and the complications are preventable and curable.
