抗HCG抗体、雌二醇和孕酮联合检测在女性不孕症中的临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨抗HCG抗体、雌二醇和孕酮联合检测在女性不孕症诊断中的临床应用。方法采用电化学发光法测定女性不孕症患者血清雌二醇(E2)和孕酮(P)水平,用ELISA间接法定性检测抗HCG抗体。结果抗HCG抗体阳性组雌二醇(E2)和孕酮(P)水平明显低于抗HCG抗体阴性组。结论抗HCG抗体、雌二醇和孕酮联合检测在女性不孕症诊断中有重要意义。Objective To evaluate the clinical value of combined detection serum anti - HCG and estradiol and progesterone in infertile women. Methods Serum estradiol（E2） and progesterone（P） in infertile women were detected by ECLIA , Anti - HCG were detected by ELISA. Results the levels of estradiol （ E2 ） and progesterone （P） in anti - HCG positive group were significantly lower than those in anti - HCG negative group. Conclusions The combined detection of anti - HCG and estradiol and progesterone were of important clinical value in diagnosis of infertile women.
