摘 要:针对由MEMS技术制备的多腔体植入式PLGA储库型给药系统的药物释放模型建立问题,基于Monte Carlo方法的溶蚀模型,提出一种PLGA给药系统药物一维释放数学模型。应用MATLAB软件系统编程对给药系统药物释放进行计算机仿真研究,并采用两种药物的实验验证了数学模型的可行性。对影响释药效果的参数分别进行的仿真研究,得出参数对释药效果的影响规律,结果表明可以通过对PLGA降解参数以及释药膜厚度等参数的优化来改善载体的释药特性、延长释药时间。仿真模型的研究结果对于开发新型给药系统具有重要的参考价值。Focusing on the problem of establishing a model of the PLGA controlled drug delivery system with large array of micro chambers by using the MEMS technology, a novel mathematics model for the PLGA controlled drug delivery system was proposed based on the Monte Carlo erosion model~ And the study, both using experiment and computer simulation programmed in MATLAB software for drug release from the PLGA drug delivery system, also verified the practicability of the model. Simulation researches were also carried out to study the influence that different parameters exert on the drug releasing process, and through which the study discovered the regulations of the parameters acting on the drug release. And the results show that the drug delivery can be improved in terms of the drug release characteristic and releasing time prolongation by optimizing the parameters like PLGA degradation rate and film thickness. Besides, the study has great reference value for developing new types of delivery system.
