摘　　要：本文在对知识劳动者的效能自我管理的认识、管理的内容和效能的测度方法方面进行了探讨,尤其是就决策效能、承诺贡献、注重团队力量、注意自己的行为方式、专心致志和反馈分析等内容的系统论述,为管理干部、知识劳动者和大学生的自我管理能力的培养和国民的素质教育献上了作者的思考。The most significant event in the 20th century is the quantity and quality change of the population in the world. The proportion of knowledgedworkers is increasing, and have become the main part of the laborers in the society. It is the new challenge to manage the knowl- edged- workes and increase their efficiency. The article below describes the understanding, the contents and the measure method of the self - effi- ciency management. Its description of decision efficiency, contribution promises, group strength, personal action manner and concentration.
