摘 要:本文以巴泽尔的产权理论为基础,提出了“最佳产权清晰度”的概念,构建了一个分析“最佳产权清晰度”的理论框架。当人们为一项交易签订并履行契约时,外生交易费用和内生交易费用总和最小的“产权清晰度”为“最佳产权清晰度”。外生交易费用取决于产权清晰度、交易的信息不对称程度和度量、测算和控制交易对象的各种属性技术要求度;内生交易费用取决于产权清晰度、交易频率和潜在可谈判数目。根据理论框架,文章分析了“最佳产权清晰度”的决定及变动,得出了一些有意义的结论与启示。On the basis of Barzel' s theory of property rights, this article proposed a concept of " the best property rights clarity", and constructed a theory frame of analysing "the best property rights clarity". When people sign and fulfill a contract. "the best property rights clarity'is "the property rights clarity of making the total transacton cost of exogenous transaction cost and endogenous transaction cost to a minimum. The exogenous transaction cost is decided by the property rights clarity, the degree of assymetrical information and the technical difficulty of measuring, surveying and controling the attribute of the transaction object. The endogenous transaction cost is decided by the property clarity, the transaction flequency and the number of latent negotiate. According to the theory frame . the article analyzed the decision and change of " the best property rights clarity", and drew some significant conclusion and enlightenment.
