房价治理的制度安排

摘　　要：如今,一方面,要拥有属于自己的商品房,很多人需要付出毕生的精力;另一方面,闲置的商品房面积却在不断增加,房地产市场的焦点集中在老百姓为什么买不起房子?本文分析了城市房价偏高的制度原因,并提出相应的改革思路。Now, in order to have their own house, a lot of people need to pay their lives＇ diligentlyoMeanwhile, the vacant residential area is increasing day after day. Why that people can not afford to buy a house is becoming the focus of the real estate market, This article has analyzed the system reason of high price of city house and proposes the ideas of corresponding reform.
