摘　　要：论述了建设用地规划管理系统的建设方法,建立了完整的规划管理数据库,实现了满足建设用地规划管理的项目选址、用地结构分析、存量建设用地分析等分析功能,为建设用地规划管理提供了信息支持。The Development Method for urban construction-land planning management system is proposed in this paper. A database containing the city-planning information and the construction-land actuality data is established and the functions to perform queuing-location and analysis the land-framework, landreusable capability are designed to support the urban construction-land planning management.
