摘　　要：总结6例实施上腔静脉切除重建术的局部晚期肺癌患者的治疗与护理。做好术前心理疏导,提高患者的依从性,加强术后监护,减少呼吸、循环系统的并发症,注意置入人造血管的保护。To conclude the treatment and nursing of 6 patients with local advanced non-small cell lung cancer （LANSCLC） of resection and reconstruction of superior vena cava. An active nursing, such as preoperative psychological education, postoperative intensive care and protection of artificial vessel, is important.
