摘　　要：青岛白沙河滨河区城市设计是通过建设一个具有活力的滨水区来促进整个城市的建设和发展,设计遵循景观经济一体化、资源利用集约化、要素整合立体化等原则,营造滨水区成为城市功能的核心区,市民的公共活动中心。With the principles of combining economy with landscape, utilizing resources with high effect, integrating the factor of nature and manmade scenery, the urban design of Baisha River district in Qingdao intends to create a livable waterfront district to improve the construction and development of the whole city, and to make the waterfront district as the center area of the city function and the public activities.
