震荡钝力性脑外伤实验性病理形态学研究

摘  要:本文以自制机械式流体液压冲击器,以平均382.1kPa 的压力,时间48.5-60.6ms 的液体冲击猫脑,造成了震荡性,钝力性脑外伤的病理模型。通过 HE,Nissle,Glees-Marsland 染色,显示出震荡性钝力所致原发弥漫性、局灶性脑损伤,以及继发外伤性脑损伤,同时表明震荡性钝力不但可形成脑震荡。In order to have a genaral view of morphological aspects of concussive blunt brain trauma[CBBT],24 cats were used by an arfificial mechanic fluid percussion impacter to exert impact uponcerebral top of the cats (average pressure 382.1kPa,time range 48.5-60.6ms)to establish an animal model.There was a normal control. Various morphological changes occurred following CBBT by checking up on macroscopic and microscopic after HE,Nissle,Glees-Marshland stains.The changes including both primary brain lesion[ie.coup brain contusion,contrecoup brain contusion.intermedial brain comtusion,central brain contusion,microuascular circulation disturbance and diffuse neurocyte injury with diffuse axonal injury(DAI)]and secondary brain injury [ie.secondary traumatic hamarhagic meningitis].DAI could be accompanied by neurocyte injury,cotrecoup cerebral contusion relatively common,especially central brain contusion,On the other hand,primary acute diffuse microuascular disturbance and diffuse neurocyte injury with DAI might be a morphological sign of serious brain concussion,which could be accompanied by cerebral contusion.
