摘 要:研究了用针铁矿法从高铟铁硫化锌精矿加压浸出液沉淀铟后的溶液中除铁,分别考察了时间、锰粉用量、氧气浓度等对除铁效果的影响。结果表明,利用高铟高铁硫化锌精矿加压氧化酸浸时排出的尾气及3~5g/L锰粉,在85~90℃温度下氧化3~4h,可以将溶液中的铁离子质量浓度从12.9g/L降到10mg/L以下,除铁率达99.9%以上,同时可充分利用尾气中的氧和热量降低生产成本。Laboratory-scale experiments about removal of iron from pressure acid leaching liquor of iron-rich zinc sulfide concentrate precipitated indium by goethite process were performed. The effect of reaction time, oxygen concentration and dosage of manganese oxide on removal of iron was investigated. Experimental results indicate that removal of iron exceeds to 99.9% (from 12.9 g/L to 10 mg/L ) under optimum conditions: dosage of manganese oxide of 3-5 g/L, reaction temperature of 85-90℃ and reaction time of 3-4 h. Lower production cost is achieved because the heated oxygen from used gas during pressure acid leaching can be reused.
