摘 要:将数值模拟技术应用于雷达H弯波导件的坯料优化过程,研究了不同的毛坯形状尺寸对H弯波导件拉深的成形极限、厚度分布、减薄率及回弹量的影响。通过对比分析由坯料展开的坯料和由凹模偏置展开的坯料成形模拟结果,提出修改方案,确定较为合理的毛坯形状尺寸。研究结果表明,毛坯形状对零件成形效果影响很大。在所列的坯料形状中,修改后90°圆角毛坯最有利于成形,拉裂、回弹程度最小。针对模拟的结果进行拉深实验,证明数值模拟与物理实验具有良好的一致性,可以通过数值模拟指导实际生产。The numerical simulation is used in the optimize process of H-bend wave-guide blank, the influence of FLD, the distribution of thickness, the thinning rate and spring back which is worked in the deep drawing process of different kinds of blanks is researched. The numerical simulation results of the deep drawing process of the blank which is gotten by the Blank Size Engineering (BSE) and the one which is gotten by the expansion of die off-set are contrasted and analyzed, and then the modification project is put forward to get the more reasonable blank. The results shows that: The shaped effect is influenced by the shape of blank very much. The fifth blank which has a 90 angle is the best one, because its extent of spring back and cracking is least. Then a drawing experiment is done to approve the result of simulation. A general good agreement is found between them throughout the study, and simulation can be used to instruct productions.
