社区中老年居民血脂异常、治疗和控制现状

摘　　要：[目的]探讨中老年人群血脂异常患病率、调脂药治疗率和血脂达标率。[方法]对四川省绵阳市科学城社区45￣74岁居民应用标准问卷进行调查,并测定其血脂水平。分析一个应变量和多个自变量之间的关系用Logistic回归法。[结果]有效调查人数2263例,其中血脂异常患病率22.9%,治疗率36.6%,血脂达标率17.5%,调脂药治疗者血脂达标率47.9%。高体重指数居民血脂异常患病率高(RR=3.79,P=0.000),且调脂治疗后血脂达标率低(RR=0.44,P=0.000);低家庭收入血脂异常居民调脂药治疗率低(RR=1.95,P=0.000)。[结论]本社区45￣74岁居民血脂异常患病率高和调脂药治疗者血脂达标率低可能与体重指数高有关,血脂异常患者的调脂药治疗率低可能与家庭收入低有关。[Objective] To identify the prevalence, treatment and control of dyslipidemia in middle-aged and old people of Kexuecheng community of Mianyang city. [ Methods] A survey was conducted in Kexuecheng community of Mianyang city in 2005. A total of 2 263 people aged 45 to 74 were surveyed. Blood lipids were tested for all of them. Standard structure questionnaire was used to collected their histories and treatment for dyslipidemia. Their age, sex, occupation, body mass index, education and family income were screened. [ Results ] The prevalence of dyslipidemia was 22.9%. Among dyslipidemia patients, 36.6% took drugs for lipid disorders, and 17.5% achieved their blood lipids under contol. There was a positive relationship between prevalence and body mass index （RR = 3.79 ）, and there was a positive relationship between treatment rates and family incomes （RR = 1.95 ）, but there was an negative relationship between control rates in patients with drugs for dyslipidemia and body mass indexes. [Conlusion] Dyslipidemia in population aged from 45 to 74 in Kexuecheng community of Mi- anyang is related to obesity. The patients are not treated enough because of low family income. Normal body mass index maybe cuntributs to the control of dyslipidemia in patients treated with drugs for lipids disorders.
