磷酸氯喹和加味四逆散联合用药治疗慢性布鲁氏菌病骨关节疼痛疗效分析

摘　　要：[目的]观察磷酸氯喹与加味四逆散联合用药治疗慢性布鲁氏菌病骨关节疼痛的疗效。[方法]用磷酸氯喹与加味四逆散联合用药治疗慢性布鲁氏菌病骨关节疼痛病人68例(治疗组),同时单独用加味四逆散治疗慢性布鲁氏菌病骨关节疼痛病人71例(对照组)作为对照进行疗效观察。[结果]近期疗效:治疗组与对照组的总有效(分别为98.03%和92.86%)差异无统计学意义;而治疗组的治愈率(88.2%)明显高于对照组(53.6%)差异有统计学意义(χ2=25.872,ν=3,P﹤0.01)。[结论]磷酸氯喹与加味四逆散联合用药治疗慢性布鲁氏菌病骨关节疼痛达到较理想的治愈率。[ Objective] To observe the curative effect on bone arthrosis ache from Chronic Brucellosis treated by phosphatic chloroquine and Jiaweisinisan. [Methods] There Were case group with 68 cases and control group with 71 cases in the study, The former was treated pbosphatic Chloroquine and Jiaweisinisan, the latter was treated with Jiaweisinisan. [Results] As to the total effective rate, there was no significant difference between the case group and the control group, but as to the cured rate, was higher than the control group. [Conclusion] This treatment is effective to cure chronic bone arthrosis ache from Chronic Brucellosis,
