摘 要:采用普通熔铸方法研究了Ni对Al-5%Fe合金铸态组织的影响。结果表明,Ni可明显改善合金中初生Al3Fe相形貌。不加Ni时,合金中的初生Al3Fe相大多为针状、针片状;加入0.2%~1.0%Ni时,Al3Fe相转变为细小针状,针点状和花朵状;Ni含量超过1.0%时,组织开始粗化,出现粗大的长针状Al3Fe相。The effect of Ni on the as-cast microstructure of Al-5%Fe (mass fraction ) alloy has been studied, resulting in improved morphology of primary Al3Fe phase due to the Ni addition.The morphology of Al3Fe is mainly needle like and needle-plate like in Al-5%Fe alloy without Ni and changed into small needle like, needle-dot like and flower like after adding 0.2%N1.0%Ni.However,the primary Al3Fe phase was coarsened and coarse long needle like appeared with more than 1.0% Ni addition.
