摘  要:以我国地方品种小尾寒羊作为供体,对不同年龄羔羊(6~8周龄和12~14周龄)超数排卵效果以及卵母细胞冷冻保存对体外受精、体外胚胎发育、胚胎移植产羔的影响进行研究。结果表明:6~8周龄组羔羊只均超排处理获卵数和可用卵数(60.8枚和58.2枚)显著高于12~14周龄组(27.3枚和26.0枚)(P<0.05);经玻璃化冷冻—解冻后的卵母细胞体外受精,冷冻组的卵裂率和桑椹胚发育率(67.8%和35.6%)均显著降低于对照组(79.2%和53.8E)(P<0.05);玻璃化冷冻保存体外生产的胚胎,经移植后成功产下4只健康羔羊(4/52)。The present research was designed to investigate the effect of different years (six to eight weeks old and twelve to fourteen weeks old) or vitrification of oocytes from the prepubertal lamb on superovulation or the potential development of the oocytes. The results showed that the average quantity of collected or usable oocytes from every donor were higher in the six to eight weeks old group (60. 8 and 58.2) than those of the twelve to fourteen weeks old group (27. 3 and 26.0) ( P 〈 0.05 ). The rates of cleavage and morula of the in vitro fertilization oocytes in vitrification group ( 67.8 % and 35.6% ) in vitro were decreased compared with that of control group (79.2% and 53.8% ) ( P 〈 0.05 ). The four healthy lambs were successfully delivered from the recipients transferred the fifty - two morula from vitrified oocytes. These results indicated that the six to eight weeks old lamb was more suited to superovulation than the twelve to fourteen weeks old lamb, and the healthy lamb could be produced successfully after the transfer of in vitro production fresh embryos from prepubertal lamb vitrification oocytes in EDFS30 by OPS. However, the developmental potential of the vitrification oocytes would be decreased in some extent.
