清热化毒丹与清热化毒丸药理作用比较研究

摘　　要：体外抑菌实验证明，清热化毒丹（微丸）与清热化毒丸（蜜丸）对肺炎双球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、痢疾杆菌和大肠肝菌四菌株，均具有中度敏感的抑菌作用。体内实验小白鼠灌胃给药证明，微丸与蜜丸均能明显抑制二甲苯所致耳肿胀（抗炎作用），减少冰醋酸所致扭体反应次数（镇痛作用），减少小鼠自发活动次数（镇静作用）。在含生药量近似的情况下，上述药理作用微丸与蜜丸间无显著差异（P＞0.05）。The inhibition text in vitro indicated that Qingrehuadu (pilule)and Qingrehuadu Pills (honey)possessed the medium sensitive inhibition on pneumodiplococcus,staphylococcus aureus,Bacillus dysenterial and colibacillus. The in vitro test on mice (stomach perfusion)also indicated that they could strongly inhibit the swelling ear induced by xylol(anti-inflammatory action),reduce the times of twisting reaction induced by glacial acetic acid(analgesic action)and reduce the spontaneous activity times (sedative action). Under the condition that two preparations contain approximate crude drug dose their pharmacological actions showed no significant difference (p>0. 05).
