摘　　要：近年来,我国大型医疗设备增长迅速,出现设备利用过度和利用不足共存的现象,加重了老百姓的医疗负担,加快了国家的卫生费用增长速度,加强大型医用设备的配置和使用管理工作迫在眉睫。2004年12月由卫生部、国家发展改革委员会、财政部联合颁布的《大型医用设备配置与使用管理办法》正是在这样的背景下应运而生。办法指出大型医用设备管理品目分为甲、乙两类,甲类由国务院卫生行政部门管理,乙类由省级卫生行政部门管理,同时出台了配套文件——《配置规划指导意见》。但各地在实际制定规划过程中存在很多难点,如规划乙类大型医用设备的配置量和配置标准。本研究提出一套大型医用设备配置方法,并介绍其在北京市乙类大型医用设备配置规划的应用,期望为其他地区制定大型医疗设备配置规划提供参考。At present, the increase of the allocation volume of lange medical equipments is dramatic, which aggravales the inerease of national health cost. so it si urgent to strengthen the management of large medical equipment. in December 2004. ＂Management of alloration and use of Large Medical Equipment＂ and ＂guide to establis the planning of Large Medical Equipment Allocation＂were issued by The Ministry of healt. the National Development and Reform Comnission and The Ministry of Finance togteher. However. it is difficult for the loeal govermment to establish the local planning of large medical equipment allocation. The artical aimes at developing a method. using it in beijing and wishing to present some reference for oters.
