2型糖尿病患者舌质与彩色多普勒超声相关改变的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨糖尿病患者不同舌质的血流动力学相关改变,尝试提供定量或半定量指标。方法选取不同舌质的糖尿病患者86例,运用腔内探头经口腔内对舌体进行彩色多普勒、彩色多普勒能量图及脉冲多普勒的超声探查,并比较其结果;对彩色多普勒能量图结果用相关计算机软件处理,分析各不同舌质间血流像素网格数的差异,计算其彩色血流信号平均密度。结果红舌为糖尿病患者中较为常见的舌色,随病程延长,病情加重,多渐变为紫舌,三种异常舌质彩色血流信号平均密度与正常舌质差异均有统计学意义,其中舌质红与紫、绛与紫两组间差异有统计学意义;舌深动脉最大流速时间平均值、阻力指数、搏动指数、舌深动脉收缩期、舒张期比值各组间差异有统计学意义。结论口腔内彩色多普勒超声可为糖尿病患者舌质的观测提供定量指标。Objective To study the correlation between hemodynamic parameter of the tongue＇s artery and tongue tinct in patients with diabetes mellitus and try to offer ration or half ration parameter, evaluate the clinical values. Methods Eighty six cases of different typical lingual tinct with diabetes mellitus were examined with intraoral transducer by using color Doppler flowing, color Doppler energy and pulse Doppler. The results were compared between groups. The grid numbers of color Doppler energy imaging were measured by computer. For every tongue＇s tinct, mean color vessel density was calculated. The correlation between the grid numbers of color Doppler energy（mean color vessel density） and tongue＇s tinct of Chinese diagnostic were studied. Results Red of tongue＇s tinct is most frequent among the patierit with diabetes mellitus. Along with state of an illness development, it mostly becomes purple. The hemodynamic parameter is consistent with the other research had been done before. The grid numbers of color Doppler energy showed to be positively related to tongue＇s tinct. Some of them,such as deep lingual artery＇s mean velocity, resistance index, pulsatility index and systolic/diastolic, were of greater significance between the different tongue＇s tinct. Conclusion Intraoral color Doppler sonographic imaging can be used to analyse the tongue＇s tinct in patients with diabetes mellitus in Chinese primary diagnosis.
