摘　　要：结合国家高速公路规划和东北区域高速公路网规划，深入研究辽宁省高速公路网的规划布局，初步提出2006～2020年期间的建设计划，为辽宁省高速公路网建设和未来发展提供科学、合理、可行的理论依据。In the light of planning of freeway networks in the state and Northeast, the paper thoroughly studies plan and layout of freeway networks in Liaoning Province, tentatively proposes building planning during from 2006 to 2020 years, that provide rational, scientific, feasible theoretical basis for building of Liaoning Provincial freeway networks as well as its development in the future.
