摘  要:在80t氧气转炉、钢包吹氩和RH真空处理工序进行净化钢水的试验,考察反应器内氩气流量、真空脱气操作和顶渣成分对低碳钢水全氧含量的影响以及夹杂物的尺寸分布和全氧的排除速率,改进操作的结果表明,二次精炼后低碳钢水全氧w[T.O]降低到0.001%。Trials on purification of molten steel have been carried out in the process of 80 ton oxygen converter refining -ladle argon bubbling and RH vacuum treatment in order to study the effects of argon gas flow rates, vacuum degassing operations and top slag components in the reactors on total oxygen content in low carbon molten steel as well as the size distribution of inclusions and removing rate of total oxygen from molten steel. The test results since the improvement in the operations show that total oxygen content , w[T. O]lin low carbon molten steel is lowered to a clean level of 0. 001 ; after the secondary refining.
