摘　　要：目的:观察鼻炎合剂的抗炎镇痛作用。方法:醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增加法,二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀法,角叉菜胶所致大鼠足跖肿胀,大鼠棉球肉芽肿形成法观察鼻渊合剂对急、慢性炎症的作用,醋酸所致扭体法观察鼻渊合剂的镇痛作用。结果:鼻渊合剂明显抑制二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀和角叉菜胶所致大鼠足爪肿胀,对醋酸引起的大鼠毛细血管通透性的增加具有显著性的拮抗作用,并可显著性抑制棉球肉芽组织增生。高剂量还有一定的缓解疼痛作用。结论:鼻渊合剂对急慢性炎症均有抑制作用。Objective ： To observe the pharmacological action of BiYuan mixture. Method ： To observe the effect on active chronic inflammation, we use the methods as follow： the augmentation of celiac capillary permeability induced by acetic acid in mouse, swelling of auricle induced by xylene in mouse, swelling of voix pedis induced by carrageenan in rat, and the granuloma induced by tampon in rat. To observe the analgesic effect, we use stretching induced by acetic acid in mouse. Result： BiYuan mixture has distinct inhibition on both swelling of auricle induced by xylene in mouse and swelling of voix pedis induced by carrageenan in rat. It can obviously antagonize the augment of capillary permeability induced by acetic acid in rat. And it can distinctly inhibit the hyperplasia of granulation tissue induced by tampon in rat. BiYuan mixture in high dose has some effect on alleviating topical pain. Conclusion： BiYuan mixture has inhibition on active chronic inflammation.
