摘 要:对梳棉机后罩板处的气流理论进行分析,提出隔距比的概念,认为后罩板处有一压力最大处,其位置与隔距比、压力差、出口隔距及后罩板长度有关;同时对梳棉机后罩板处的研究现状进行了归纳和总结,认为单独加装棉网清洁器对成纱质量是有利的,风量以180-240 m^3/h为佳,单独加装固定盖板对成纱质量也是有利的,隔距应偏大掌握,且根数不宜过多,固定盖板与棉网清洁器配合使用,效果更佳,并提出其安装位置在后罩板压力最大处为宜。This article makes a theoretical analysis of the air current at the back sheet of a card and propose the concept of gauge ratio, assuming that at the back sheet exists a maximum pressure point whose location is related with gauge ratio, pressure difference, exit gauge and back sheet length. The current status of research on the back sheet of the card is reviewed. It is considered that just additional installation of a web purifier is beneficial to the quality of yams. And air capacity of 180 - 240 m^3/h is preferred. Additional installation of a stationary flat along facilitate the yam quality too, larger gauge is preferred; Combination use of web purifier and stationary flat will achieve even better results, and their mounting location should be at the maximum pressure point Of the back sheet.
