摘  要:研究钒酸铵对小白鼠肝微粒体中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活性的影响.采用钙沉淀法制备小白鼠肝微粒体,用GSH-PX试剂盒测定GSH-PX的活力.结果表明试验组与对照组相比,最小剂量组差异不显著(p>0.05),其余试验组差异均极显著(P<0.01),并且酶活性随着钒酸铵剂量的增大而降低.证明钒酸铵能降低小白鼠肝微粒体中GSH-PX的活性.To observe the effect of Ammonium metavanadate on GSH - PX of liver microsomal fraction in rats. The method of Calcium sediment was prepared for microsomal fraction of rats. The GSH - PX vitality was determined with GSH -PX reagent box. Results: Compared with control group, there was no significant difference of the min dosage group (p 〉 0.05 ). But there were extremely significant difference of other experiment groups (p 〈 0. 01 ) with control group. And the GSH - PX vitality was reduced along with promoting dosage. Conclusion: GSH -PX vitality were reduce by Ammonium metavanadate.
