摘　　要：目的 对无症状预激综合征患者心脏功能状态评价。方法 筛选24例无症状预激综合征患者做观察组，筛选24名健康人做对照组．应用超声心动图检测左室射血功能指标、左右心室舒张功能指标的变化。结果 观察组左室短轴缩短分数（FS）较对照组下降（P〈0．05）、左房室瓣血流频谱E／A比值较对照组降低（P〈0．01）；肺静脉血流频谱显示心室收缩S波的最大速度（S）、心室舒张D波的最大速度（D）均较对照组降低（P〈0．05）。结论 无症状预激综合征患者左室射血功能及舒张功能存在障碍。Objective To evaluate the changes in the cardiac function of ventricular preexcitation by ultrasoundcardiogram for wolff-parkinson-white syndrome. Methods 24 patients with wolff-parkinson-white syndrome diagnosed by clinic was assigned as case group and chose 24 heathy people as control group. Ultrasoundcardiogram was used to detect left ventricular ejective function and left and right ventricular diastolic function in two groups. Resuits Compared with control group, the case group was lower in left ventricular fractional shortening（FS）（P 〈 0.05）, and there was no significant difference in other left ventricular ejective functional parameters. The E/A ratio of case group was lower than the one in the control group（P 〈 0.01）. The right ventricular diastolic function had no significant difference in two groups. The left ventricular diastolic function of the case group was lower in the maximum velocity of S and D waves in pulmonary vein spectrum（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Ejective function and diastolic function of left ventricle of wolff-parkinson-white syndrome patients coincidence with no tachyarrhythrnia and other organic cardiac disease is in disorder. It indicates ventricular preexcitation may lead to the decrease of left ventricular ejective function and diastolic function.
