血型不规则抗体筛检在临床输血中的应用

摘　　要：目的 对受血者进行不规则抗体检测，选择受者相容的血液成分．保证临床输血的安全。方法 用微柱凝胶免疫检测技术筛查受血者红细胞血型不规则抗体，对阳性标本用凝聚胺和抗人球法进行抗体特异性鉴定。结果 3278例受血者中共检出抗体阳性6例（阳性率0．18％），其中抗-D1例，抗-E3例，抗-M1例，抗-c1例。结论 输血前检测ABO系统以外的血型抗体，是安全输血的必要手段。Objective To detect iri＇egular antibodies to choose blood constituent compatible with recipient and eventually ensure clinical transfusion security. Methods Samples of blood recipients were screened for irregular erythrocyte antibodies by microcolumn gel immunoassay（MGI ） and then the positive samples were identified for antibody specificity by polybrene test（MPT） and anti-truman globulin test. Results Six positive samples including 1 anti-D and 3 anti-E as well as 1 anti-M and 1 anti-c were confirmed from 3278 samples of recipients（positive rate 0.18 % ）. Conclusion Detecting blood group antibodies except for ABO system supply technical guarantee for trans- fusion in time and is indispensable to guaranteeing safe transfusion.
