手部多种皮瓣在手部皮肤缺损中的应用

摘　　要：目的 介绍手部多种皮瓣在手部皮肤缺损中的临床应用的效果。方法 通过对115例127个皮瓣的应用、观察皮瓣的血运、颜色、质地、感觉、功能恢复等，评价各种皮瓣的手术效果。结果 127个皮瓣119个存活，8个皮瓣出现不同程度的血运障碍．如远端起水泡．表皮脱落，皮瓣淤紫肿账，感觉障碍等．经抬高患肢．解除近端压迫等．经换药愈合，皮瓣外形、功能恢复良好，两点辨别觉6～8mm。结论 手部不同类型的皮瓣修复皮肤缺损，具有操作简便，安全，效果好等优点。Objective To introduce the clinic application of different flaps of hand to repair soft tissue defect. Methods 115 cases of 127 flaps were applied to evaluate the surgical effects by the flap＇s circulation,color, texile. Results 119 flaps survived while 8 flaps occured different degree circulation block such as congestion, blaining, and epidermis falling off. All 8 flaps survived after raising up gesture and decompression. Conclusion The flaps of hand to repair soft tissue defect in hand is recommanded for its simply procedure,good results and salty.
