精神病患者长期使用氯氮平的心电图变化

摘　　要：目的 探讨精神病患者持续使用氯氮平药物的心电图变化。方法 对愿意合作的门诊中持续使用氯氮平药物10年以上的精神病患者进行心电图检查，并对用药情况等进行调查。结果 心电图异常有9例（17．3％），其中QTC延长2例．窦性心动过速4例，T波改变3例。心电图与氯氮平联用中成药（银杏叶制剂）治疗有显著性相关（r=-0．338，P=0．014）。结论 长程持续使用氯氮平对心电图异常的影响可能不大．银杏叶制剂可能对氯氮平引起心电图异常的影响有一定的降低作用。Objective To explore the effects on cardioelectricgram（ECG） for treatment with clozapine 10 years for psychosis and investigate the medications. Methods The ECG were assessed in psychosises for treatment 10 years with clozapine. Meanwhile, the investigate table of self-edited, BPRS and CGI were measured. Results There were significant cooralation between the ECG and the combination treatment of clozapine and ginkgo biloba extract（ r = - 0. 338, P = 0. 014）. Conclusion There are no negative effects on the combination treatment of clozapine and ginkgo biloba extract in long term period,and maybe reduce the degree of abnormal ECG.
