广东省中山市城区5年妇科病普查结果分析

摘　　要：目的 通过对广东省中山市城区连续5年开展的已婚妇女妇科病普查结果分析，了解本地区妇科病的患病情况，帮助制定有效的防治措施。方法 对2001年至2005年中山市城区进行妇科病普查的企事业单位已婚妇女进行常规妇科检查资料结果进行回顾性统计、分析。结果 普查人数逐年增加，妇科常见病的患病率依次为乳腺增生症、宫颈炎、阴道炎、子宫肌瘤、乳腺良性肿瘤。妇女癌症筛查率依次为乳腺癌、宫颈癌、卵巢癌。阴道炎及乳腺增生症、乳腺良性肿瘤呈逐年上升趋势。宫颈癌和乳腺癌的筛查率在提高。结论 转变传统的妇科病普查观念，加强以防治宫颈癌及乳腺癌为重点的新普查措施。Objective To comprehend the local conditions of gynecological diseases and to help make the effective measures of prevention and cure by means of a continuous mass screening,as well as an analysis,of the gynecological diseases held in our hospital in the past five years for the married women in the downtown of Zhongshan city. Methods A retrospective statistics and an analysis of the results of examinations of gynecological common diseases, of the laboratory-related examinations, and of the mammary glands-related examinations were had among for the married women coming voluntarily to our hospital to have gynecological disease specific physical examinations from the downtown enterprises of Zhongshan city between 2001 and 2005. Results .Year by year the, number of participants increased, by turns the prevalence rate of the gynecological common diseases standed high as hyperplasia of mammary glands, cervicitis, vaginitis, myoma of uterus, and innocuous mammary tumor, while the women＇ s screening rate for cancer by turns as mammary cancer, cervix cancer, ovariocarcinoma; The prevalence rate of such diseases as vaginitis, hyperplasia of mammary glands and innocuous mammary tumor had a tendency of annual rise, the same dose the screening rate of cervix cancer and ovariocarcinoma. Conclusion Traditional ideals of mass screening for the gynecological diseases should be modified and. emphasis should be set on some new measures of mass screening to prevent mainly the cervix cancer and cancer of mammary glands.
