摘　　要：基于IP承载网络和软交换技术的下一代网络(NGN)有着很大的发展趋势,NGN网络的基本业务是语音业务,影响语音质量的因素是由多个方面决定的,主要包括时延、丢包、抖动等。语音质量的好坏直接影响用户对运营商的选择,因此对NGN网络语音服务质量进行有效的分析和测量是十分重要的。NGN has great development based the IP bearer network and soft switch technology. The basic service of NGN is speech, and the main factors affected the speech quality decided by many aspects, mainly including delay, packet loss, jitter and so on. The quality of the speech will directly affect the choice of the user to the operator. Therefore, how to analysis and evaluate speech service quality of NGN is extremely imoortant.
