摘　　要：为保证工程机械在作业现场保持良好状态,使操作人员具备正确操作和精通保养机械的能力,提出了以PDA为平台建立工程机械交互式电子技术手册的方法,并给出了电子手册系统的结构和实现的关键技术,机械操作系统采用Pocket PC2003,以Visual Studio.NET2005为开发工具,采取PDA访问XML数据文件的方案,软件开发平台采用Windows 2000 Server SP4和Visual Studio.Net 2005,开发语言采用C#,PDA程序测试平台采用Pocket PC 2003,数据库平台采用SQL Server 2005。数据库的建立主要体现通用性,同一系列的工程机械尽量采用相同的关系表和相同的字段名。界面程序的设计尽量多地使用ComboBox控件,使用户用触摸笔或手指即可选择自己需要的功能。已将该系统应用于某工程机械,实践表明,该系统和该技术可以消除书本资料的种种不便,对工程机械的良好运行起着非常重要的作用。In order to maintain the fine conditions of construction machinery on worksites and ensure the operators with the capabilities of proper operation and familiarity with maintenance,method to build an interactive electronic technical manual of construction machinery on PDA platform is discussed. System structure and key techniques to realize it are presented. It is suggested in the method that Pocket PC2003 is used as operation system,Visual Studio NET 2005 as development tool and PDA as accessing tool to XML data files. Windows 2000 Server SP4 and Visual Studio Net 2005 are employed as software development platform and C# is used as software language. Pocket PC 2003 is for PDA program test platform and SQL Server 2005 for database platform. Establishment of database represents great universal features; same relationship chart and same field names are used as possible for the same series of construction machinery. ComboBox control software is fully applied in interface program design so that the operator can select needed functions by a touch pen or a finger. The system has been installed on a construction machine and the practice has shown that the technology avoids the inconvenience of paper materials and plays a important role in proper operation of construction machinery.
