摘　　要：针对工程机械行业的信息化需求,结合各种信息技术,设计并研制出一种基于B/S、C/S混合架构的工程机械远程监控系统。该系统可以为工程机械制造商的注册用户提供远程监控服务。对工程机械远程监控系统的功能和结构进行了分析研究,根据不同类型用户的特点设计出系统的体系结构,并探讨了实现工程机械远程监控系统软、硬件的关键技术:基于CAN总线的嵌入式服务器设计方法,基于C/S、B/S的混合架构,GSM/GPRS通信应用服务,GIS应用服务等。系统以Visual C++6.0为主要开发语言,利用监控中心的数据分析服务器对实时采集的各种类型数据进行分析处理,对作业工程机械进行动态位置跟踪、工况参数显示、集中智能监控调度、远程状态检测和在线故障诊断等。系统已投入使用,运行稳定,达到了预期目标,未来有望在工程机械行业中得到广泛应用。Conforming to the information trend in construction machinery industry,a remote monitoring system of construction machinery is developed based on the combination structure of B/S and C/S. The system can provide remote monitoring service for registered customers of construction machinery manufacturers. Functions and structures of the system are analyzed and studied. System structure is designed according to different types of user features. Key technologies to realize software and hardware of the system are discussed. Based on the design method of embedded server of CAN bus,combination structure of C/S and B/S,GSM/GPRS communication application service,GIS application service and etc.,the system analyzes and processes various types of data collected in real time by a data analysis server in monitor center and realizes dynamic position tracing,work parameter display,concentrated intelligent monitor and dispatch,remote condition monitoring and failure diagnosis on line,and etc. The system has been put into field and has shown stable operation,achieved expected objectives,which presents a potential wide application range in construction machinery industry.
