摘 要:我国北方城市传统的除雪理念是雪停后除雪,这种除雪方式主要是清除压实雪。压实雪除雪机械设计技术难度较大,设备制造成本较高,除净率低,工作效率低,难以大量推广应用。阐述了城市道路机械化“实时除雪”的全新理念。机械化“实时除雪”方式是以清除散雪为主,使用散雪除雪机械在降雪过程中边下雪边清除,雪停后除雪工作基本完成。基于这一理念开展研究工作并开发出JD-SX2800、JD-SX3500型散雪除雪机。除雪机采用小型农用自卸汽车做为配套动力,结构简单,制造成本低廉。对上述除雪机的设计思想、结构设计、液压控制系统设计、配套动力选择及技术性能指标等作了介绍。两种机型的除雪厚度为0~400mm,行走速度8~25km/h,除雪装置质量270~320kg。Conventional concept of snow removal in northern cities of our country is to remove snow after it stops snowing. Main operation in this mode is to remove the compacted snow. But it is more difficult in technology to design a remover for compacted snow,and because of its higher manufacturing cost,lower snow removing ratio and lower work efficiency,so it is difficult to promote its application. A completely new concept of mechanical real time snow removing is suggested. In mechanical 'real time snow removing' mode,main operation is to remove scattered snow. Scattered snow remover is used to remove snow while it is snowing and the snow removing is finished when it stops snowing. Based on this concept,research work is conducted and model JD-SX2800,model JD-SX3500 scattered snow removers are developed. The removers employ small agricultural dump trucks as their fitted power so that they feature simple structures and low manufacturing cost. Design philosophy,structure design,hydraulic control system design,selection of matched power,main characteristics and technical performance indexes of the snow remover are described. These two machines work with snow removing thickness of 0~400mm,travel speed 8~25km/h,and the weight of snow removing attachment 270~320kg.
