摘 要:气动冲击矛是一种非开挖装置,它能够实现PE或PVC管、电缆、光缆等中、小直径管线的地下非开挖铺设。气动冲击矛施工具有设备简单、操作方便、投资较小和施工成本低等优点,是应用广泛的一种非开挖铺管方法之一。叙述了气动冲击矛的结构特点和结构设计,并详细介绍了它的工作原理,建立了气动冲击矛冲击机构的测试系统并进行了性能测试,试验结果表明了所设计的气动冲击矛达到设计指标,可为气动冲击矛的设计、性能优化以及穿孔施工技术的研究提供参考。Pneumatic impact spear is a kind of trenchless device. It can realize trenchless underground pipe laying for PE and PVC tubes,electric or optic cables and other pipe lines of medium or small diameters. A pneumatic impact spear features simple structure,easy operation,lower investment and operation cost so it becomes one of widespread trenchless pipe laying methods. Structure characteristics and design of pneumatic impact spear are described and its work principle is expatiated. A test system for impact mechanism of pneumatic impact spear is set up and performance test is conducted. The test results show that the newly developed pneumatic impact spear reaches all its design indexes and provides a reference for the spears design,performance optimization and the research on boring construction technology.
