摘  要:液压油温的高低对装载机液压系统中液压元件的性能及液压油的黏度特性都会产生很大的影响。随着油温的升高,液压油的黏度降低,液压元件的泄漏量增大,泄漏量的增大,有时影响装载机的功能。根据装载机的一例实际故障,从原理上讲述了装载机动臂浮动功能,分析了动臂浮动故障的原因,并根据实际情况,提出了查找故障的方法,经过试验,故障得到排除。Temperature of hydraulic oil greatly influences the performance of hydraulic system components of a loader as well as viscosity property of hydraulic oil. When the temperature increases hydraulic oil viscosity decreases and the leakage of hydraulic component increases so that the loader's performance is sometimes influenced greatly. Based on an actual failure of loader,boom floating function of loaders is explained from the principle. Causes of boom floating failure are analyzed. Troubleshooting measures are suggested based on the practical situation. Test shows that the failure is repaired satisfactorily.
