摘　　要：大学毕业生的职业生存状况是在校大学生最为重要的价值参照,它检验着高等教育的人才培养质量和国家教育投资的成效,展现着社会的用人制度。为了客观描述大学毕业生的职业生存现状,我们对全国3854名大学毕业生进行了随机抽样调查,并对他们工作的满意度、从业的稳定性和职业的竞争力进行了分析和研究。The graduates＇ occupational living condition is the most important value reference to the undergraduates. It not only can test the quality of talent cultivation in higher education and the effect of national investment in education, but also can show the talent using system of society. We have made a sample survey of 3854 graduates randomly in order to depict present university graduates＇ occupational living condition. On this basis, we analyzed and studied their contentment with the job, the job＇ stability and their competitive ability in the job.
