对硫磷与敌百虫对发光菌的联合毒性效应

摘　　要：研究了对硫磷和敌百虫对发光菌的单一毒性及以毒性单位1∶1、1∶44、∶1配比的二元混合物的联合毒性,并且对联合毒性进行评价。结果表明,采用毒性单位法(TU)、相加指数法(AI)、相似性参数(λ)得出二元混合物的联合作用均为拮抗作用,混合毒性指数法(MTI)与前3种方法的评价结果略有不同。The toxicities of single and binary mixtures made of l ： l , 1：4,4：1 toxic unit of parathion and dipterex to Vibriofischeriweredetermined, respectively. And the joint toxicity was evaluated. The results indicated that the joint action of binary mixture obtained by the method of toxicity unit （TU）, additive index（AI）, similarity parameter （λ） was antagonistic action, whereas that evaluated by mixture toxicity index（MTI） was slightly different.
