摘　　要：阐述土地宏观调控通过完善保护耕地、征地补偿和安置制度,运用土地出让收益支持“三农”发展等手段,确保了被征地农民原有生活水平不降低、长远生计有保障,维护了他们的利益。Land macro-control had ensured the peasants＇ original living standard didn＇ t drop and defended their interests through perfecting the system of protecting cultivated land and land expropriation compensation, setting system, applying land avails to support the development oF＇three agriculture”.
