摘 要:以聊麦16号为研究对象,对2.1叶时开始设置浓度0.3%、0.6%NaCl胁迫培养及在这两个浓度下分别喷350倍贺氏399共4个处理。测定了脯氨酸含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量、叶片含水量、蒸腾系数等指标。结果表明:盐胁迫下,贺氏399可提高冬小麦幼苗的脯氨酸含量,显著增加了叶片的含水量,增强植株对盐渍环境的抵抗能力,缓解了盐害。Heshi 399 is a new light transformation product that can increase the ability of absorbing light, sending light and transferring light in plant through controlling the intensity of microcurrent. In the field test with Liaomai 16, the salt stress was set up by using 0.3 %, 0.6 % NaC1 under two salt stress concentration and Heshi 399 diluted for 350 times in 4 treatments was spayed on the leaves of winter wheat. Determination on the indexes such as proline content, MDA content, leaf water content and transpiration coefficient showed that under salt stress Heshi 399 could promote the proline content of wheat seedlings, greatly increase water content, strengthen the resistance of the plants to saline environment and alleviate the salt injury.
