摘 要:从田间采集感染了绿僵菌病的鳞翅目(毒蛾)幼虫体上,分离筛选获得了一株对4种蔬菜鳞翅目害虫具有高毒力的绿僵菌菌株(VM07)。室内毒力测定结果表明,该菌株对4种鳞翅目蔬菜害虫的3龄幼虫均有一定的致死作用。其中,对菜青虫效果最好,2个浓度处理后的总死亡率分别为100%和92%;对斜纹夜蛾的效果其次,处理的总死亡率分别为93%和85%;对小菜蛾和银纹夜蛾的效果再次之,高浓度处理的死亡率分别为68%和70%,低浓度处理的死亡率分别为45%和52%。根据该菌株的培养性状和形态特征确定该菌株为黄绿绿僵菌小孢变种(M.flavoviride Gams & Rozsypal var.minus Rombach)。A strain was isolated from Lepidopteran pest larvae (tussock moth), which had highly virulent to fourLepidopteran pests in vegetable crops. The isolate was tested against third instar larvae of Pieris rapae ,Prodenia litura,Plutella xylostella and Argyrogramma agnota, Bioassay results showed that Pieris rapae was most susceptible, mortality of which reached 100 % and 92 % at 6 d with two concentration treatments, respectively. Prodenia litura took the second place with 93 % and 85 % mortality, respectively. Plutella xylostella and A rgyrogramma agnota were least susceptible. The mortality in high concentration treatment of them achieved 68 % and 70 %, and those in low concentration treatment were 45% and 52 %, respectively. According to the cultural and morphological characters, the isolate should be identified as M.flavoviride Gams & Rozsypal vat.minus Rombach. The highly virulent isolate (VM07) provided potential microbial control agent of Lepidopteran pests in vegetable crops.
