摘  要:用DVH弱毒疫苗和DVH油乳剂苗免疫健康高产蛋鸡制备高免卵黄抗体,研究了高免卵黄抗体治疗雏鸭DVH的疗效。结果表明,高免卵黄抗体治疗DVH的疗效取决于卵黄抗体的中和效价、治疗时间和免疫途径。卵黄抗体的中和效价应达28.5以上,并且在感染DVH 24 h以内对雏鸭进行肌肉注射,免疫效果最好。High immunized vitelline antibodies were developed by the healthy high-yield layers immunized with duck viral hepatitis (DVH) attenuated live vaccine and DVH oil-emulsion inactivated vaccine in order to study the cure effeet of high immunized vitelline antibodies against young duck DVH. Results showed that the cure effect of high immunized vitelline antibodies against young duck DVH depended upon neutralization titer, cured time and immunity approach. The immunity of young duck could get optimum effect when the vitelline antibodies should have neutralization titer over 28.5 and were injected into the muscle of young ducks infected by DVH within 24 h.
